2. Account Registration & Eligibility

3. Identity Verification (KYC)

• KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal or for any transaction above ৳5,000.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed — the only exception is using the Cash Out feature.
• Once a match kicks off, live betting odds shift in real time.
• Casinoon reserves the right to void any bet where incorrect odds were displayed due to a technical error.
• Any bet linked to match fixing or manipulation will be voided immediately.
• The maximum single bet amount varies by event — it will be shown on the bet slip.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Casinoon and will result in immediate account suspension:

• Opening or operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information.
• Betting through software, bots, or automated methods.
• Attempting to access another user's account.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

Casinoon may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• If KYC verification is not completed or false information is submitted.
• In cases of extended inactivity (no login for more than 12 months).
• At the user's own request — via Self-Exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Users may request to close their account at any time. In such cases, any valid balance will be available for withdrawal.
